The inexpensive brands at big chain stores (Walmart, VitaminWorld, Costco, etc.) that have nothing “Natural” in them and are generally loaded with synthetic isolates.
Supplements a medical doctor can prescribe, which means they had to put in something synthetic so they can patent the “active ingredient”. A natural supplement will not be patentable since it can grow anywhere. Think corn vs GMO corn.
Supplements you can buy at a Health food store: Where they have a good, better, best option. Generally increasing the price dramatically between each level.
